Ride mountain roads that shift with every change in vegetation; visit Sucre, the White City; pass through Potos\u00ed with its rich mining history; marvel at the immense Uyuni Salt Flats and the world\u2019s highest lake. Cap it all off with the legendary Death Road in La Paz\u2014an adventure like no other.  <\/p>\n<h4>D\u00eda 1.- Arribo a Cochabamba<\/h4>\n<p>Early in the morning you\u2019ll arrive in the valley city of Cochabamba. A bus will pick you up and take you to your hotel in one of the city\u2019s best areas. By mid-morning, we\u2019ll head to the Andino Experience offices, where you\u2019ll receive your welcome pack and we\u2019ll hold the trip briefing. Cochabamba is the perfect city for acclimatization, at 2,558 meters (8,392 ft) above sea level. Are you ready?    <\/p>\n<h4>Day 2: Cochabamba \u2192 Sucre (337 km)<\/h4>\n<p>The adventure begins! Early in the morning we head toward Sucre, the White City and Bolivia\u2019s capital. We\u2019ll ride through the valleys of Cochabamba and start climbing into the Bolivian mountains. Around midday we\u2019ll arrive in Sucre, where you\u2019ll enjoy Bolivia\u2019s history by visiting iconic sites, tasting traditional food, and staying in historic hotels.   <\/p>\n<h4>Day 3.- Sucre \u2013 Cayara 180 km<\/h4>\n<p>We\u2019ll set out very early toward Potos\u00ed. The landscape will begin to change as we enter the Bolivian highlands. Beautiful mountains and open roads will be perfect for enjoying the ride. Upon arriving in Potos\u00ed, located at 4,090 m (13,420 ft) above sea level, we\u2019ll visit one of Bolivia\u2019s most important museums and have a traditional lunch before continuing to Cayara, 15 km from Potos\u00ed, where we\u2019ll spend a magical night filled with history.   <\/p>\n<h4>Day 4.- Cayara \u2013 Uyuni 236 km<\/h4>\n<p>The adventure continues! We start the morning visiting Bolivia\u2019s oldest hydroelectric plant, then ride on to the magical Uyuni Salt Flats. Spend a calm afternoon at one of the region\u2019s top hotels and rest up\u2014tomorrow brings a full day of exploration.   <\/p>\n<h4>Day 5 \u2013 Uyuni and Surroundings: 150 km<\/h4>\n<p>Enjoy a hearty breakfast and get ready to venture deep into the salt flats. You\u2019ll visit islands, sculptures, and monuments made of salt. Savor a delicious lunch in the middle of the salar and witness one of the most breathtaking sunsets in the region. At the end of the day, return to the hotel to rest.   <\/p>\n<h4>Day 6.- Uyuni \u2013 Copacabana 656 km<\/h4>\n<p>The journey continues toward Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. Cross the Bolivian highlands, ride past Oruro\u2014famous for its carnival\u2014and El Alto at 4,150 m (13,615 ft). End the day in Copacabana, where your hotel overlooks the lake\u2019s sparkling shores.  <\/p>\n<h4>Day 7: Full Day at Lake Titicaca<\/h4>\n<p>Wake up to stunning lake views, then cruise the world\u2019s highest lake to visit Isla del Sol and Isla de la Luna. Savor fresh trout for lunch on floating islands and explore the area\u2019s unique attractions.  <\/p>\n<h4>Day 8.- Copacabana \u2013 Coroico 247 km<\/h4>\n<p>Disfruta de un \u00faltimo amanecer en el lago y prep\u00e1rate para cruzar del altiplano a la selva tropical en direcci\u00f3n a Coroico. Pasaremos por La Paz, donde viviremos la experiencia del tr\u00e1fico local, antes de subir a 4,500 msnm y luego descender hacia Coroico, una localidad en lo alto de las monta\u00f1as. \u00a1No olvides tomar muchas fotos en la famosa Carretera de la Muerte!  <\/p>\n<h4>Day 9.- Coroico \u2013 La Paz 120 km<\/h4>\n<p>Before heading to La Paz, visit one of Bolivia\u2019s key wildlife refuges to meet the local fauna. Then continue on to discover the vibrant city of La Paz\u2014are you ready?  It\u2019s a short ride, but the traffic itself is part of the adventure. Ride through the city from north to south before arriving at your hotel.<\/p>\n<h4>Day 10.- Full day La Paz 30 km<\/h4>\n<p>Discover one of Bolivia\u2019s marvelous cities. Take a cable car ride, wander streets brimming with handicrafts and remarkable architecture, and savor a gourmet traditional meal that will truly impress you. You\u2019ll be asking yourself why you didn\u2019t visit sooner!<\/p>\n<h4>Day 11.- La Paz \u2013 Cochabamba 380 km<\/h4>\n<p>Spend the final hours in La Paz before riding back to Cochabamba. As we ride, we leave the Bolivian highlands behind and descend back into the lush Cochabamba valleys.
