A bus will pick you up and transfer you to a hotel in one of the city\u2019s finest neighborhoods. By mid-morning, we\u2019ll head to the Andino Xperience offices, where you\u2019ll receive your welcome pack and we\u2019ll begin the trip briefing.<\/p>\n<p>Cochabamba is the ideal place to acclimatize, as we are at 1,600 meters (5,250 ft) above sea level and will later descend to 700 meters. You\u2019ll enjoy the warm tropical climate of Bolivia\u2019s eastern lowlands. Are you ready?<\/p>\n<h3>Day 2.- Cochabamba \u2013 Samaipata 420 Km<\/h3>\n<p>The adventure begin! We depart early in the morning for Samaipata. Right from the start, climb into the mountains and take in stunning scenery, with rivers and deep ravines all around you. Gradually, the valleys give way to lush greenery as you ascend to Samaipata, a charming mountain town where a distinctive hotel awaits.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 3.- Full day Samaipata 30km<\/h3>\n<p>Discover Samaipata in depth. Enjoy a good breakfast, because today you\u2019ll immerse yourself in the area\u2019s nature and history. We will visit the Samaipata Fort, discover the region\u2019s typical vineyards, explore Ambor\u00f3 National Park, and cool off in natural waterfalls. Of course, no visit is complete without savoring the exquisite local cuisine.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 4.- Samaipata \u2013 Santa Cruz 130km<\/h3>\n<p>Get ready, because the temperature rises as we head toward Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Gradually, the mountains disappear as we reach Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia\u2019s largest city. Santa Cruz blends culture, nature, and fine cuisine, offering an unforgettable experience in this South American hidden gem. Spend the afternoon exploring and soaking up the vibrant charm of the city.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 5.- Santa Cruz \u2013 San Jos\u00e9 de Chiquitos<\/h3>\n<p>The Bolivian lowlands call for an early start as today\u2019s adventure takes you to the historic Jesuit missions. San Jos\u00e9 de Chiquitos, famed for its serene ambiance, invites you to explore one of the Chiquitan\u00eda\u2019s oldest Jesuit missions.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 6.- San Jos\u00e9 de Chiquitos \u2013 Robor\u00e9 \u2013 San Jos\u00e9 de Chiquitos 380 km<\/h3>\n<p>While in Bolivia\u2019s eastern lowlands, don\u2019t miss the Chiquitano circuit, featuring Chochis, Robor\u00e9, and the hot springs of Aguas Calientes. Be captivated by a landscape where colonial architecture merges seamlessly with nature, and the vivid colors of local culture leave you amazed. Remember to pack your swimsuit.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 7.- San Jos\u00e9 de Chiquitos &#8211; Concepci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>The Chiquitano circuit is ready to welcome us. Today we\u2019ll travel and visit several of its charming destinations on our way to Concepci\u00f3n, one of the most traditional towns when it comes to Jesuit missions. The scenery and rich vegetation reveal the true immensity of Bolivia.<\/p>\n<h3>Day 8.- Concepci\u00f3n \u2013 Buena Vista 315 km<\/h3>\n<p>We say goodbye to the Jesuit missions, but there are still a few more to discover.
